Description
The penthouse, atop the new Indigo condo tower, Fort Lauderdale Condo, offers 5,824 square feet of interior space, with five water-facing en-suite bedrooms and a flex room, along with a generous 2,375 square feet of outdoor living space, Ballon said. Like all of the Indigo residences, its wraparound terrace will feature a private heated plunge pool and direct marina and ocean views. “This creates an amazing indoor-outdoor living opportunity.”

Amenities at the redeveloped 32-acre site, which straddles the 17th Street Causeway Bridge, include a dozen restaurants and lounges, three swimming pools, a 13,000-square-foot spa, 40,000 square feet of meeting and entertainment space and a fitness center. The new marina promenade will include restaurants, retail outlets and offices, according to a news release.
The new property, which is undergoing a $1 billion renovation and redo by Tavistock Development Company, will retain the iconic spire-topped Pier Sixty-Six tower from the 1960s, including the well-known 17th-floor Pier Top lounge with its rotating views of Fort Lauderdale and the Atlantic Ocean.
