New owners hope to land restaurant, retail at 132-year-old Division Avenue building
Three local real estate investors have acquired the 132-year-old Harris Building and two adjacent properties in hopes of attracting a restaurant or bar to activate Grand Rapids’ South Division Avenue corridor.
