Md. Real Estate Co. Sued For $10M Over $2.5M Loan
A lender has hit a Maryland real estate company and two of its officers with a more than $10 million suit alleging that the company misused a $2.5 million loan to pay off debts instead of to renovate multiple Maryland properties for resale.
