CBRE Group of Dallas acquires full ownership of CBRE Triad brokerages in Greensboro, Winston-Salem

CBRE Triad, which was founded locally in 2004, has been the second-largest commercial real estate brokerage in the Triad based on number of brokers in the region, according to Triad Business Journal research from Feb. 2023. At the time, it had 17 brokers in the Triad and 35 employees in the Triad overall.
